    Not every member of the armed forces who served overseas received a warm reception when they came home. The Tulsa City Council wanted to make sure that local veterans got the recognition they deserve. Mayor Dewey Bartlett, City Council members and U.S. Rep.     In December, the House passed HR 3521 _ the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Major Medical Facility Lease Authorization Act. This bill is critical for veterans in the First District.
